1.1) These General Conditions apply to all sales made by Air Butikk to the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The expression "Client" covers corporate and individual accounts. Additional Customer Terms are only valid if accepted in writing by Air Butikk.
1.2) The order is formalized through these General Conditions, local terms, the purchase order and the order confirmation issued by Air Butikk.
1.3) These Conditions do not apply to end consumers.
2. Products
2.1) The Customer may purchase products and solutions from Air Butikk's current air technology line, available on the website www.Air Butikk.com. Range may vary by country.
2.2) The Customer may also use product configuration tools and the customer portal, considered part of Air Butikk's digital services.
3. Order
3.1) Orders must be placed via a business or individual account on the Air Butikk website.
3.2) The order becomes binding after confirmation by Air Butikk.
3.3) It is not The Customer is allowed to cancel the order after confirmation.
4. Product Information
4.1) Air Butikk assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or incorrect information on the website or catalogs, and may rectify them even after order confirmation.

5. Delivery

7. Payment
7.1) The goods and services remain the property of Air Butikk until full payment. In case of delay, interest will be charged as provided for in Law No. 62/2013, of August 26. Air Butikk may suspend deliveries and adjust payment conditions or cancel the order. Defaults may be subject to collection, in accordance with the law.
8. Changes
8.1) The General Conditions may be modified. Changes shall come into effect 30 days after notification on the Air Butikk website, unless the Customer objects.
9. Term and Termination
9.1) Either party may terminate an order with 30 days’ notice if there is an unresolved default or insolvency.
9.2) Air Butikk may terminate immediately in the event of late payment or a material change in the Customer’s property.
10. Warranty
10.1) Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Air Butikk may repair, replace or discount, as applicable.
10.2) The warranty excludes defects caused by incorrect installation, negligent maintenance, natural wear and tear or inadequate environmental exposure.
10.3) The warranty is limited to what is expressly described in these Conditions.
10.4) The Customer must follow Air Butikk's guidelines for returns. Unreturned products do not give rise to any right to compensation.
11. Liability for Damage
11.1) Air Butikk's liability is limited to the legal obligations under Directive 85/374/EEC on product liability.
11.2) The Customer must immediately inform Air Butikk of any claims relating to product liability.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1) All rights belong to Air Butikk or its licensors. Their use is subject to prior written consent.
12.2) Liability for infringements is limited to the limited to what is attributable to the manufacturer.
13. Personal Data
13.1) Air Butikk processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019, of August 8, which ensures its execution in Portugal. The Customer must ensure that its representatives are informed about the privacy policy.
14. Responsibilities
14.1) The Customer must compensate for costs arising from unjustified complaints or delays.
14.2) Air Butikk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the value of the order.
14.3) The Customer may only resort to the compensation mechanisms described in these Conditions.
15. Force Majeure
15.1) Neither party shall be liable for any damages caused by the failure of the Customer to provide the service. The Contractor shall not be liable for non-compliance due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, government decisions).
15.2 to 15.9) This clause includes situations such as war, pandemics, natural disasters, sabotage, civil unrest, among others. Obligations shall be suspended during the period of impediment, and the parties shall notify each other.
16. Confidentiality
16.1) All confidential information shared within the scope of an order must be kept confidential and only used for the execution of the contract. Disclosure is permitted only by legal requirement.
17. General Provisions
17.1) The waiver of any right must be made in writing. The non-application of a right does not prevent its future exercise.
17.2) Changes to these conditions require written form and approval by both parties.
